No 9.20 software update yet

As per the title, there's no 9.20 update available for my fenix 5 yet on Garmin Connect app or Garmin Express. It's still on 8.00.

Is anyone else in the same boat? How do I get the update?

Sounds like you have an APAC device. FW for them always lags the ROW (Rest Of World) FW...

Yep, mine says it's a fenix 5 APAC, Wifi in Garmin Connect.

I am on the same boat. And to me, if the post says that it 's 100% rollout, it include APAC version as well. I contacted Garmin Support team by email almost a week ago, without answer until now.

APAC software updates have traditionally been released about 6 weeks after the RoW versions. 9.20 was released on 19 June, so if Garmin follow past practice, you could expect an update in early August.

The 100% rollout refers to the fact that Garmin (like many software companies) stagger the release of their updates to 20/50%/100% of their user base over about 72 hours.

So, 9.20 finally came through last night. This is exactly 6 weeks after the RoW version. Spot on mcalista!
