Garmin Helpdesk extreme un reachable in the Netherlands

I thought I phone the helpdesk, because my wach is still after update beta 9.71 in 2-3 days empty!!

I think there is more wrong than I expect.

Now more than 50 minutes waiting for support. It's terrible! How is that in other countries?

And is there nothing to do about the battery loss?
  • I've always found the US support responsive for the most part.

    Just switch to a standard watch face and restart watch - via the quick menu power off. It'll drop back to normal use. When Garmin figure it out can then switch back to a custom face.
  • I hope you realize that support will likely tell you to revert to the regular release. In all fairness, they cannot be expected to support a beta release. Have you emailed the beta team with your issue (sorry but it is not clear exactly what issue you are having)? I'm not saying the beta team will respond (as they state on the beta download site). You do take your chances running a beta.
