Contact Information on incomming call

Hi There,
this is my first post and i hope somebody can help me with this issue.

if i get an incomming call, the fenix just shows the number of the caller and not the contact information (the name) . if the caller hangs up while ringing i get a notification on the fenix that i missed a call with the correct contact information (in this case the name).
what do i have to do to get the name showing on the fenix for incomming calls?
