I have been using my F5 during my mid-day 50 meter pool swim and not once has my F5 recorded my laps nor any of the other matrix except for my time. Has anyone encounter this problem and is there a fix? I have soft reset and hard reset many times now but it has not improved at all. Thanks!
Hi Maarten_S I was using the Pool Swim mode with a 50 meter pool setting and have been using the Freestyle stroke all the way through. Regarding a link, I'm sorry but don't know how to do it but looking over my activity spreadsheet, I see that the Activity, Date, and Activity Time were the only information recorded. Distance I had manually entered after my activity and it would only calculate Average Pace. Everything else is blank.

What Activity Mode are you using? What stroke are you swimming? Do you have a link to an example activity on Garmin Connect?
