Software Version 9.20 - Advanced Sleep still missing

Dear All.
Even if my F5S has been updated to latest firmware 9.20, it seems that it isn't giving advanced sleep data to Garmin Connect (like REM phases)....

Is Advanced Sleep monitoring supported by F5 Family?

Did you verify the version (Settings -> About)? My watch said yesterday that it was updated to 9.20, but stayed stuck on 8.00. Had to update via Garmin Express.

I started getting REM reporting as of the first night after updating to 9:20. I even posted pictures on my blog 2-days ago: https://nhlifefree.com/2018/06/21/garmin-fenix-5-firmware-version-9-20-rem-sleep-monitoring/

Not to hijack this post but my Fenix 5 is not reporting REM. I have verified software to be 9.20 (updated via Garmin Express 2 days ago), and updated Garmin Mobile Connect. Still no REM.

Any other suggestions?
