OSM with Elevation data?

Just curious...from my understanding OSM dont have elevation data. Are there some that do? Whats the work around, use the OSM maps and layer a map underneath with elevation data? Just tyring to figure out the best possible way to have OSM and elevation data.

Some do so if you want it look for ones that do.

Watch already has Worldwide DEM data file, so it can display elevation data from there.

Also if you use OSM maps of garmin.opentopomap.org which I like it has even contour lines.

If you have more than 1 map selected, how does it pick which one to take from elevation data from?
