Extra Split after completing a run

Hi,
I have this Fenix5s for 3 weeks now and one thing I notice when I do a run is it giving me extra split and time after the run was completed. Please refer to the attached of my time split showing my run which is completed when at time 28:39 - but another split was created adding 16 sec.

Can someone advice if a setting needs to be adjusted to avoid this

That extra 16 seconds is the time after your last split and you pausing/saving the activity. The activity doesn't know you are done at your last split, so it recorded more.

Try pausing right at your last split and then saving.

Or create a workout that stops after the last split - what are your splits based on?

Ok thanks, probably I press pause then accidentally press resume instead of save (silly me :) )

Thanks, that would be a good option.

Based on current set-up its based on miles but I want to have it in km how do I do that?

I assume you want to keep the default units in miles.

The autolap functionality uses the default units, so you can't really use that.

However, you could create a custom workout in GC or GCM that has an interval length of 1 km.
