Lactate threshold number too low

I just ran my first lt guided test on a fenix 5 with the hrm-tri ams I gave me a hr of 57? That seems a little low. Although it is higher than my original 46.

I've been through the forums and in my naivety I could only find a post saying to delete the seperate sport the zones, I did that a while ago, so I cant do it again...

I'll run another test tomorrow and keep going until something changes but if anyone has any ideas why it's not 'JUST WORKING' it would be great.

also there is a differnce i noted on the web portal, as the image shows.

So i had an accident last week so my second lt and there isn't a new pace number?

also the mobile app lt screen is a real mess, it make absolutely no sense at all!

anyone know if it is just going to take more data points to create lines?

yah, so i guessed it was about 100BPS down... I guess i'm just going to have to deal with the fact that garmin software is very very buggy, running an APAC version doens't seem to help.
