Can someone explain the resting HR calculation on the watch? I thought it the lowest HR during the day. But its not. Than I red somewhere, when wearing the watch on hand over night, it is somehow calculated as average for the night? But is really the watch evaluating whether I am at sleep or not, or is it Connect after the sync? Than how can I see the resting HR on my watch before the sync with the phone in the morning?
All these questions are just because recently my RHR increased significantly, from 45 to 65/70, having crazy peaks. On days when I am really rested and I see high values, and recently after 100 km bike ride the next morning I see 51... so not sure I can trust it...
