Hi. I'm thinking of purchasing the 5x. Question, can I set the movement alert interval or is it fixed at one hour? I'd like it to alert me to move every 30 minutes. Thanks.
It's fixed at 1hr. It's often shown as 5 segments. A large one for the 1st hr, and then 4 smaller ones for each additional 15 minutes, so when the move bar if filled, it's 2hrs or more.
Also, it's not that you haven't moved in an hour, it's that you haven't moved enough - that being about 100 steps, so with all 5 segments, about 200 steps. To clear all 5, you have to get up and walk about 200 steps, without really stopping.
