I observe some issues with smtraining status a) the summary and b) the last 7 day numeric value to be inconsistent across sports.
If if all I do is running, things seem to be consistent.
Once I start mixing in other activities, some things don’t make sense:
Any sport not being running is less valued when compared to calories burned, training effect etc. Having the same training effect, the activities are less affecting the measurement or not at all.
It seems that e.g. mountain biking is not factored in at all or very little? Same for stand up paddeling and others.
Is it just me or do you observe the same?
