I use my hrm tri without my watch during workout so the watch and the hrm tri has different results of my workout. Then after a workout(for example cardio) the hrm tri sync with the watch and the results seems correct. Everything seems and works fine to this point.

Then when i go to the widget "last workout" it only shows the result my watch recorded during the workout, but if i got to check it (details) the results shown are from the hrm tri. For example. The widget shows 200cal and avg. hr 120 but when i go see the details of the workout it says 800cal and avg. hr 155

This effects on the daily activity results burnt cals, stress levels etc.

My watch has been replaced to a new one by garmin but the problem continued.

This is small problem, but very annyoing. Any ideas what i could do?

I'm a little confused. You indicate that you did the activity without the watch, but also state the widget shows the results that your watch recorded during the workout? How did your watch record anything if you didn't use it? Are you saying the widget is still showing the results from the last activity you did with your watch mixed with the results from a different activity you recorded with the HRM?

Sorry it is hard to explane. But what i meant is that i have to start the workout with my watch and connect it to my hrm tri, then i leave it to my bag, but it still counts some amount of calories during the workout and for example if i have it on for few minutes in the beginning or at the end it gets some heartrate. And this result show on the widget. Not the one recorded by my hrm tri.
  • One suggestion would be that when you hit the Stop button at the end of the workout, wait a couple of minutes before starting the Save process so that the stored HR data can transfer to the watch, so hopefully the full HR data is saved with the workout rather than being added later.
