fenix 5x screen problem

hey just bought my fenix 5 x today and i noticed that the screen not so bright without backlight and in some you tube clip there alot more color and sharpness my i have bad version?
i uploaded one pic with back lightt on and the normal mode

Looks about right. The screen looks best in bright light. It is best outdoor under bright sun. Everything else is a step down from that.

The screen gets brighter with more ambient light, which can make it seem dull indoors. This may not be what you are used to with a cell phone, but it is exactly the way an outdoor sports watch should be designed to maximize battery life.

Just try reading your phone in full sun, rather than your watch.

I don't think there's a such difference between those screens. Your picture seems dull but with backlight it's fine. I think it would even be bad with the backlight if there were an issue.

Light condition, camera and software settings etc. may cause difference in photos. Try comparing with a real watch in reallife if you can.

Yes the screen is like that. Great outdoor under the sun... and on the web site, and impossible to read indoor...
