Average HR

What is your average HR during day/week? And minimum HR during night? Would really like to see answers from both well trained, and more or less untrained people.
Is this measurement reliable?
Mine is 44-45 during day/week and down to 38-39 as a minimum during night.
  • 7 day average of 64, low is usually around 59-60.

8 months ago when I bought my 5x I had an average of 82, was quit sedentary and unfit.

    Vo2max was 31 and now 46.

Garmin and firstbeat data have been brilliant motivators for me, Feeling the best I have in many years, I am 53 yrs old.

I also have a max HR of 193 which is way higher than when i started and couldn't push past around 165-170

And how do you check that? Im guessing that you look at the graphs on GC and looking for the lowest value? Because I cant find stats for night and day, just the average resting and "todays" restig HR.

I can see it on F5's HR widget. Average puls for last seven days. For night I just look at the last four hours. Can be even lower, but last four hours gives a good indication.
