Fenix 5 lost the battle against the street.

Hello,

unfortunately the Fenix 5 lost the battle against the concrete. Now the glas shows some severe scratches. Obviously my own fault, nevertheless since 1 month I try to get a hold on the customer service to figure out if and how the glas can be changed (if at all).
I send mails and mails and mails, but no response.
Pretty unhappy with this!!!

so.... anybody here who can either tell me if a repair is possible or even better, if the customer service could respond.

Agreed, Calling them works best. I have cracked two Garmins and they have replaced them with a new/refurb at a reasonable price. They usually don't repair your individual unit to avoid delays.
