What is the best setting? on my Fenix 5X
Is it to do nothing and let Move IQ do its work
Use Garmins factory apps in the watch like "condition" or "other"
I found 2 apps that have boxing
I tried this one https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/473ff17b-23e3-4bc0-9071-ced48cf202b6#0 and for light work shadow boxing, speedball, light sandbag sesion for 16 min I got
Calories 110 burned
Time 16.16
Average heartrate of 114bpm, maxpulse 140 bpm
Training effect:
Anaerobic:0.3
Aerobic: 1.4
The above app seems to be good and it display as BOXING activity in the Garmin connect on the Phone and 110 calories burned seems not to be totaly wrong
Even display the different pulsezones
In Myfitnesspal it shows up as aerobics, generic 16 min 110 calories

Feel free to coment what is the best setting for fenix 5X when doing boxing
