Fenix 5X turn by turn (TBT) navigation does not work anymore

Last weeks I don’t get turn by turn (TBT) navigation anymore, instead I get the distance to the end point. How can I configure my fenix 5X that I get TBT navigation?

Yes that is the same problem. Is garmin already working on a solution?

I and a few others have contacted them about the issue....the more people that report it to product support the quicker it will get resolved.

It works again. I can see the TBT again. I think I got an update via garmin connect

I've been having some trouble trying to get tbt to work when I'm cycling a route/course. My settings are "use map" and I've all the maps enabled. It takes forever to calculate and when it's finally finished calculating after a very long time it tries to guide me as quick as possible to the end point. It doesn't follow the route. I've been in contact with support and they say that my routes made with both GC and Komoot works fine when they try. Therefore I got my old watch replaced but the same problem persists with the new one. Now the support says that to get tbt to work I need a compatible map as their Topo 24k or CityNavigator series. I thought it would work with the maps included. Has anyone tried other maps than included and got it to work? Which one then? If no and you can use the maps included with the watch to get tbt please let me know so I can sort things out with support.
