Updating and installing apps doesn't work any more....and more!

Suddenly I'm not able to install or update apps any more by Garmin Express. Syncing by WiFi on the watch is not working any more either. The watch disappeared in Garming Connect Web. The activities are stil there but the sleeping info disappeared. In Garmin Connect Mobile I get a network error (red box at top of screen) when I try to install/update apps. Changing watchfaces and settings still works.

Is there anyone else who had this problem and knows how to solve this?

I'm using firmware version 8.00.

    I solved the problem. I uninstalled the watch in Garmin Express and added it. Now the watch is shown in Garmin Connect Web as wel. I'm able to install/update the apps again.

    I don't know what caused this problem, but it seems my time travelling last week (Europe/United States) had something to do with it. There is no sleep info registered when I stayed in the States but I'm sure I weared the watch. The activities were registered well.
