Running Power Data Fields Always Show 0

I've installed both the running combo power and running power data fields on my Fenix 5 and added them both to data screens but they never show anything but 0 and power data is not available in garmin connect following activities. I'm using an HRM-TRI and confirm it is connected.

Does anybody have any troubleshooting tips to find out what is wrong? I've tried each of the data fields individually as well as together too.

Are the data fields added to the activity you recorded with? You have to add then to each activity you use. That’s the only thing I can think of. No actually, one other thing, check the CIQ field isn’t corrupted. Try deleting and reinstalling.

I am not sure about the details, but I believe that the Garmin Running Power data fields need weather data synced from your phone, so make sure you did that.

Thanks all. It seems removing and reinstalling the data fields did the trick. I added these almost immediately after the feature was released but I'm glad it's now resolved. Now to try out an actual activity...

I have the same issue. It worked fine from the beginning, when the data-fields were introduced, but after april 3rd it just showed 0. I did remove and reinstall them, but still no power.
(I'm using the fenix 5s with a HRM-Tri and a RD pod. All running dynamics are still recorded, so that's not the problem.)
