Fenix 5x Will not connect to Bluetooth or sensors.

Hello,

So after the 8.00 update on my watch today I have lost all connectivity with my phone and sensors (foot pod/HRM Run series). I have followed the steps to unpair/pair, remove from all Garmin accounts sync through the computer. I have also reset my watch using the following steps with the link below. After I installed the 800 update on my watch i noticed that i needed to update my iPhone as well, I updated the iPhone to 11.3 and still nothing works. The only time that I can sync is when I have it hooked to the computer.

So far my watch is a 600 dollar time keeper since that is the only thing that seems to be working. Has anyone else had this problem?
