Hello, I have Fenix 5 with FW 8.0 . Today the watch counted 1700m but I only had 1500m. This is quite a big difference and I am not happy with that. I have followed all the instructions to swim correctly (I swim breaststroke), I did not change the style nor speed during the lap. Maybe Garmin development team should look into this a little closer - attached is a .FIT file of the swimming activity. Thank you
rasto77 This is a user forum not Garmin support - so whilst another user might have a look at your fit file and offer some advice Garmin won't necessarily see your post. If you need Garmin to loo then phone or email support.
Hi, yes I know and I have already sent it to Garmin team as well. I just wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem and if there is any advice I can follow. And if there are more people with the same issue, we can make a pressure on development team to fix it. Thanks for the advice.
Same problem, my watch seems to swim faster than I do. At the beginning it doesn't count laps at all but then it counts 50 meter lap as 100. My speed and style doesn't change during the training.
