Always in a stressed state?

I’ve had my Garmin for about 3 weeks now, just switch from Fitbit which is the only other activity tracker I’ve used.

Ive noticed my watch always thinks I’m stressed, even when I’m sleeping. If I get any “rest” during the day I average 5-10 mins, but I can go days without any rest.

During my easy hike yesterday my stress was undetected.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I need to reset or calibrate?

I tried uploading a screen shot of my stress levels but I keep getting any error.
Thanks!

Stress feature was working nicely before 7.60 update, since then values have been high all the time also for me. Garmin is already aware of this issue, but please open a trouble ticket via Garmin support for this. More tickects by customers mean more priority for the fault...
  • Yes, a hard reset will get it working again but only for a couple of days and then stars working incorrectly again, do I don't recommend it as a hard reset will make you loose some data, apart from having to reconfigure a lot of things again, even if you did a backup/restore.

Basically, the stress desire doesn't work. The resting HR data is suspect. Your lactate threshold may get erased and changed to an erroneous value (a very low one like 40 or 60). And other various bugs.
