Factory Reset - Folder Back up ???.

Before I make a factory reset of my f5, which folders do I need to back up ?.

Besides those folder you can also backup the MLTSPORT and APPS folder, will save you some time reconfiguring the device as it will back up0 more settings like the watch faces you had installed and multisport activities.
