Garmin Connect doesn't show any data(steps,heart rate,sleep and others)

Hello People.
I hope someone can help me with this issue.
I dont' know what happened but app and garmin express was working fine then one random day without I have done anything my Garmin connect with my Pc doesn't show me all the data regards steps,sleep,heart rate and all the rest..while though my activity is showing.
At moment my app in my is fine but I don't know what happened on my pc I can't see anything anymore.
Could please someone can help me with this issue?
Any suggestions?

Hi Giuseppe,

I would contact Garmin support. I had exactly the same issue and they said it was because the device wasn't listed as my "preferred tracker" even though it was and I had had no problems for some time previously then, like you, it stopped showing data.

Hi, try to completely reinstall garmin connect on your mobile (delete all GC settings too). Not sure if it helps you, but I had similar problem with synchronization and it helped me.

Hi Giuseppe,

Yes I deleted the 5x from Garmin connect completely and then reinstalled it and that fixed the problem.
