Fenix 5X battery doesn’t recharge more than 3-4%

Hi Guys,

Using garmin cable with MAC/PC/usb chargers myFenix 5X is not able to be charged more than 3-4% each time.

Every time i follow same procedure:
- connect usb cable to fenix 5x
- then connect usb to computer usb port
- Fenix begins to be charged from 20% level of battery, but after 5 min with level of battery is increased to 24% and then no more.I have encountered an high temperature of the watch!

Any suggestions?

If you still get the same behavior with a different USB charge source, then it is probably time to contact Garmin Support.
