Download Watchfaces Problem

Hello,
I have a new Fenix5S but I'm not able to download watch-faces becuse I received the following message:

"This app requires an update of your f?nix 5S – Sapphire Edition. Please use Garmin Express to update your f?nix 5S – Sapphire Edition."

What can I do in order to solve this problem ? My Garmin Express is V 8.0

Do what it says. I had the same issue, updated via Garmin Express, and am now fine. I was also already on 8.0, so it's probably firmware rather than software that needs an update.

This can happen when you get a new watch. You set it up, and get new FW right away. The thing is the app store/GE doesn't know if you've yet installed the new Fw (you can delay it until nighttime).

The fixes I've pasted on, is once you install the FW, sync with Garmin Express, or if you don't use that, re-pair the watch with your phone.
