I received a Fenix 5X on Friday, I now get a "cannot connect to server" message with Garmin Express, however I can download the unit via wifi and Garmin Connect Mobile. I've just downloaded the watch numerous times and have missing HR data (see image) I can see the full data on the watch but cannot get it to show in Garmin Connect, any suggestions would be gratefully received. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1311696.png
Happened once on my fenix 3hr. I think the timestamp of hr data got corrupted during a sync(my guess), maybe poor connection? Never got this error again.
Thanks for the response, hopefully its a one off, it coincides with finishing an activity using a HRM -Tri so may be something to do with switching back to OHR.
