Tell me please how often should I calibate it to have always correct info? Is There any auto-calibration option or something?

You have to calibrate each time you want know the accurate altitude. Autocalibrating starts if you star an activity that use GPS. If you need correct info all the time the GPS needs to be activated and then you drain the battery pretty quick.
