Multisport function- deadlifts and rowing

Today I did below workout
10 sets x (500m indoor row + 15 rep deadlift)

I manually created a multisport activity for this workout; combined indoor rowing and strength.

But I think didnt work correctly, it didnt count my reps during the deadlifts. Is there something I am doing wrong?

its not possible to spend 176 calories in such a tough workout.

also doesnt indoor rowing app count the distance??

  • You’d probably be better off doing the whole thing as a strength activity and have the 500m rows as a sets, just with lots of reps. I usually do 1000m on the C2 Indoor rower as a warm up at the start of my strength sessions at the gym and the Strength app counts the rowing strokes as reps perfectly.

    No the indoor rowing app can’t do distance, unlike running there’s no way to turn stroke rate in to distance like it can with cadence for running; you could be pulling short strokes with the resistance set to 1 or long strokes with resistance set to 10, butbtge watch doesn’t know which as it doesn’t talk to the PM on the rower.

    did it count correctly?
    in my strength activities, the watch HRM sensor don't perform well and so, the calorie calculation is very low for the intensity i take.
