Today I did below workout
10 sets x (500m indoor row + 15 rep deadlift)
I manually created a multisport activity for this workout; combined indoor rowing and strength.
But I think didnt work correctly, it didnt count my reps during the deadlifts. Is there something I am doing wrong?
its not possible to spend 176 calories in such a tough workout.
also doesnt indoor rowing app count the distance??
