Route/track optimization

Hi,
I am planning to create a track of 1300km and was wodering if Fenix 5 cares about what you put in there, thus, if i create the track in Basecamp does it matter the number of points?? (for the size and fluidity when using in the F5). I guess both size and speed of browsing could be affected....

Which is the most optimized way of creating a track, Basecamp, G. Connect web app, apss like EasyRoute??

I have the towns on the way as waypoints, as references, so really dont need much precision (bike ride).

There is a limit on the number of points that can be loaded into active memory at any one time. You would be better off to divide the track into multiple individual courses (eg. what you might cover in a single day).
