In downhill skiing activity the average speed on watch was larger than maximum speed

In downhill skiing activity the average speed on watch was larger than maximum speed.
Version 7.60.
And also some runs got maximum speed of 600km/h and more.
Is anybody saw this also ?

About your top speed issue, while hiking, I got a max speed of 45 miles an hour when testing the 3d speed option, is yours set to off?
Might be nothing to do with it but its just a thought.

This option is turned on the ski activity, this can cause to such strange speed ?

I have no idea,I haven't been skiing for 35 years :-)

Could be completely wrong here, but I think 3d speed is for a better estimate of your speed going up or down steep terrain fast,to help the GPS which should suit skiing.

Try it without 3d speed and see how you get on.

Maybe 3d distance is also throwing your averages off?

I don't know, logically thinking, it's indeed 3d :) so, it should be turned on. But, there even more, on the activity summary, average speed is significant higher than max speed, and this is looks like a bug. Simple math :)
