Since a recent Garmin Connect update people with multiple models of devices have seen the weather not updating properly... in 935 forum there's a blurb from Garmin saying they are working on it. But the issue root cause is more likely on the Mobile App side than the watch (unless changes on both are necessary to make it all work well again...).
