Fenix 5S Backlight Problem

Its only been 3 days since I got my 5S and I have problem from the second day, so frustrating.
My backlight only works by only pressing the light button. It doesn't turn on when I press the other buttons nor gesture. (In Settings both every option is ON both "during activity" and "not during activity') My screen is always dark unless I press the light button.
It used to work on day 1, but suddenly stopped working. What should I do?

See post #22 in the attached link. It is a known issue and the fix is there. Or it also looks like the beta software V7.93 is supposed to fix it.

Thank you. I tried to do this solution however it didn't work, the attached file seems to be empty. When do you think the new software will be released?

Note that gesture backlight will not work during your Do Not Disturb hours.

DND is off. Everything is as it should be. The problem is not only the gesture, my backlight never works unless I press the light button (normally it should be working when I press any other buttons)

I need help please to fix this.

Sorry, didn't think this was the case, but thought I would mention it as a possible cause.

Anyway, beta 7.93 https://forums.garmin.com/forum/on-the-trail/wrist-worn/fenix-5-5s/1305906-fenix-5s-5-7-93-public-beta supposedly includes a fix for this.
