Limitation of max 100 saved Track Logs on F5X

The documented specs for F5X state for track log:"Max of 10,000 points, 100 saved tracks"

I am not clear what is mean by only 100 saved tracks. My understanding is the Track Logs are actually the saved files under the activity folder which contain the recorded track during the activity. I have two questions:

Are activity apps (native and third party including navigation and track) the only way to record the track log or is there another definition for a track log?
What happens when you have 100 recorded activities in the folder? Does Fenix automatically delete the old activity fit files in the folder ?

I have no problems. Currently I have over 200 activities on the Fenix5X.

Yes the watch should delete the older activities,once its limit is reached,in order to save new ones.

Isn't a "track" a saved course that can be created on Garmin Connect and then sent to the Watch??
I have already a total of 205 activities stored on the 5x

Their terminology is a little screwy. I can only get 30 saved courses on the watch.
