F5 updating after sync

This is probably nothing I'd like to check with others..

Most times, after I sync with either wifi or BT, it processes the transfer/sync correctly after 5-10 seconds, then I also get an updating message on my F5 which last a further few seconds before it returns to the main screen.

I'm sure I never used to get this message. Have others noticed this and has it only started since the latest firmware? I'm running public release, not beta.

Anyone else noticing this? Should it be of concern? It also happened once randomly when not syncing.. I looked down at my wrist and saw 'updating' displayed on the screen for 3-4 seconds. I can only assume it's updating the watches metrics from recent activities etc.

I noticed the same thing after upgrading to 7.6. After a few hours of it happening randomly when scrolling through different screens it stopped happening.

thanks - yeah appears to have started after 7.6. At the moment, it's only really during sync so will ignore, unless it becomes a lot more frequent.
