Does anyone know if there is any way of configuring the 5X so it knows a run is weighted? I'm thinking if I record a run with a 10kg weighted vest using the normal run app, my performance will obviously be slower than it would be without the vest, and the watches performance stats like VO2 Max, race predictor etc. will all be adjusted incorrectly. Does anyone else run with a vest? If so, how do you record it?
Use Trail-Run instead of Run. Those Trail-Runs are not influencing stats like VO2 etc. but everything is recorded as usual. Thats also the best way to record runs in the snow/mud or heavy winds and of course: "real" Trail runs. :-) Best regards, Thomas
