Foot pod

When running on a treadmill with the Garmin foot pod I dont get data for cadence. How can I fix this?

The F5 will give cadence even without a foot pod so you really must have a problem.

I think it might be time to call Support. Cadence should be available without the footpod but certainly with it. Something is definitely wrong.
