Hello,
i have a question regarding the proposed HR Zone in the Training plan. Which is the method used for this?
for example training plan says: easy run - zone 2
if I use % of HF Max my zone 2 is 114-133
if I use % of HR Reserve my zone 2 is 138 - 151
if I use % of lactate treshold (158) my zone 2 is 126 - 141
all these calculation use the default Garmin percentage zones.
what is the right choice if I want to use a Garmin training plan.
