Fenix 5 with iPad

Hello everybody,

Do You know if it's possible to connect Fenix 5 via bluetooth with iPad 2017 and operate it like with iPhone?
Does Garmin Connect supports iPads? Will notifications from callendar, FB messenger, etc. appear on watch? :)

The simple answer is yes and virtually everything works the same as it would connected to an iPhone. What you can’t do is have the Fenix 5 paired to an iPhone (or even android phone for that matter) and an iPad at the same time; you can only pair to one phone/tablet at a time. You also couldn’t really use livetrack if paired to an iPad either; firstly the iPad would have to be cellular to transmit the data and secondly you’d have to carry the iPad with you during the activity.
