Lactate treshold change to manual after new firmware

Hi fellows,

It's the second time that my lactate treshold change ot manual setting after updating to beta firmware.
It's weird because the change came alone just after update...
Anyone heard about this issue ?

How can I set this setting to automatic again ?
The only way I found is to run outside using chest strap...

please could you explain well the issue ? I've seen in my GC page the threshold has stored one time a month since august 2016 when I bought the Fenix watch.
is it correct ? I've make at least 12 exercise a month ...

If you've got one value (hr and speed) per month since august then it's ok otherwise it's not.

I assume that's stored in GC. If look four weeks view you should have more than a value per month.

I've only one value for month and at least 8/10 activities for month

Not all activities done will cause a lactate threshold to be generated. For example, an easy run which doesn’t get out of Z2 can’t becuase you get nowhe4e near your threshold. You need to run below and above your threshold and hold those HR/paces for a bit to get one. Try pyramid intervals for example.

Before doing a intervall run: Have you deleted your heartrate-profile for running (only on the watch!) , then connect with garmin connect- mobile via bluetooth (not wifi) and sync two times?

I already deleted and after sync again was downloaded or updated , so we can say after deleted not resolve my issue. When I delete and enter again is visible so looks like delete not works
