    You're a superman too ????
  • Wrong LT again - 43 bpm...

It happened to me again too. I had to set it correctly manually the first time because it has set to 41 all of a sudden, did a couple of runs this weekend and grabbed a new lactate threshold, accepted it, and everything was back to normal, today I check and it was back to 41bpm, so had to set it back to normal manually...

The bugs are really getting tiresome....
  • I had my LTHR go to just 41 with the update to firmware 8.00. Changing it on the watch doesn't fix it, because it just reimports the incorrect LTHR from Garmin Connect at the next sync.

I fixed it by going to the HR zones in GC, changing to the LTHR method of setting my zones, manually editing my LTHR, and then performing a sync. Once the correct manually entered LTHR was on the watch, I could then reset my zones to my normal method.

I have since had the watch auto-detect a new LTHR (I use a Garmin HRM-RUN strap - although that shouldn't make any difference).
  • For me it holds it when I set the LTHR manually on the watch, even after the sync, an the auto-detect function works but for me seems to work when I use the HRM-TRI, problem is that afterwards the detected LTHR gets erased again for 41bpm... so I'm not going to bother until it gets fixed and just going to leave it manually set to my usual LTHR. So seems the bugs are not even the same for everyone... really bummed from all these bugs (LTHR, all-day-HRV, restingHR, watch vs connect calorie count, etc)
  • C966,

The 41 LTHR comes across from GC. To stop this being re-imported, you need to change it in GC rather than the watch. LTHR can be found in GC by going to the HR zones, and selecting the LTHR method of zone setting.

I use the HRM-RUN rather than the HRM-TRI, but I am wondering whether than TRI belt stores its own zone information?

    Hi
I have the same problem. Just bought the Garmin 645 running watch and the issues pertaining to lactate threshold are still there.
The chart says it all. I have 4:33 at 86 bpm?
