LiveTrack in marginal cellphone areas?

Assuming LiveTrack is on autostart...

1/. If a run is in marginal cellphone coverage will all the run segments be updated at each point of regaining any coverage? Or does Live Track just freeze and stop at the first point of losing coverage?
2/. If the START of the run is outside cellphone coverage will LiveTrack initiate at the first point of receiving any cellphone coverage? Will LiveTrack remain 'on' and update despite dropping in and out of coverage?
3/. Or do you just lose those run segments outside of cellphone coverage?

Try it. Go for a run with LiveTrack and switch your phone to airplane mode a couple of times ;-)
