Hi there, I’ve just updated my password for login and recharged my Fenix 5s. It’s seems to have updated and is now the backlight is staying on with no way to turn it off. The screen is hot to touch so I have turned the entire watch off.
How do I fix this please?

I am sorry you are having a backlight issue Gwen. It might be a hardware issue but I am hoping it resolves with a full reset of your watch.
