Downhill skiing wrong speed

Hello,

This weekend after hill skiing i saw that my Garmin Fenix 5 max speed show 800 km/h. What settings I should change, I'm using default ski activitie with default settings, thank you.

What were you skiing on? A plane :eek::p
Can you share that activity? Maybe it was caused by bad GPS lock?

I concur. In cetain conditions a sudden jump in GPS position caused by non-optimal GPS lock can cause massive speed spikes.
