Chose data registered of an activity

Hello,
In running activity, the fenix 5 register a lot of more data than in walking activity for exemple.
How to chose data registered of on activity ? For exemple, I would like to see my cadence (ppm) in walking activity ?

It doesn't seem to be possible to change which attributes are recorded. Maybe there's a CIQ field that can add cadence to the FIT file?
