Heart Attack prediction and warning

Hello!
Do You know if Garmin Fenix 5 have possibility to predict and warn if it's heart attack coming? Apple Watch has this feature and it saved some lives?
Maybe I should instal some application on my garmin Fenix? :)

I'm thinking about monitor that predicts heart attack during no activity. So when I'm resting.

Neither Apple Watch or Garmin Fenix are medical grade instruments, and can't give that scientific information.
Perhaps it would give a suggestion of when your heart rate is erratic at too high a level, but that would be all.
If Apple has this as a feature, perhaps they are more willing to pay for the medical malpractice lawsuits.

Apple does not have that feature, but there's a third-party app which alerts you when you heart rate at rest is suspiciously high. Simple as that, although calling it a "heart attack warning" is a bit of an overstatement.
