No sleep data for 15.01.18

Hi all,
I received no sleep data in GC for last nght,its always worked before.
I've sent screenshots to the technical team,who are now looking into it for me.
I just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar problem::::::::::
version 7.10::::::
connect is up to date.

    I have no data for 16.01.18 despite wearing my vivosmart HR+ overnight (as I have done every night since I got it) and this is the first time it has told me there was no sleep activity. I couldn't figure out why the sleep chart was not appearing and it was only when I tapped sleep for yesterday and then tried to scroll to today that it said there was no sleep data and says to wear your device at night! My device remained in full contact with my arm, it is clean and the battery is charged so I don't know why it hasn't recorded anything.
  • Mine appears fine over last few days. I get the odd night where it doesn't record but for the most part its surprisingly accurate for me!

    I´ve had that fault maybe 2-3 times over the last years (I had Fenix 3 before this one.)
  • I've noticed sometimes when things like this happen with sleep statistics, if you set your approximate sleep time manually for that night, then all your movement tracking will appear. Not a full fix but gives you some of your data.

    As you said, I went to the sleep page for the 15th, pressed the three circles tab in the top right corner,chose edit, and then was presented with the actual times of my sleep for the 15th,I chose save and all my sleep statistics are there! Sleep and movement!?:-)
    I didn't have to input anything,awsome!
