How Long to Sync your F5X?

How long does it take to sync your F5X with Garmin Mobile?

Reason I ask is that mine takes around 4-5 minutes and it's a pain.... It used to take around 30 seconds, or even less.... but recently it takes an age.

Is it my F5X and or my phone, or are other users experiencing this issue?

I think it’s related to how many activities are saved on it. How many do you have?

I had 6 activities on the watch, I have deleted them and synced again, still the same.

I'm also on the latest beta version, perhaps best to email the beta team to check it's not related to this release....
