Suddenly Training Sttatus = No Status

Hi guys,

After my usual morning training today ( https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2423644617 ), which actually has include a FTP increase recommendation by Xert, I got a "no status" at Training Status and the watch asked me to "run outside once or twice" ... GCM also shows Current Status as "no status".
Has anybody else got this?

I have the same issue since upgrading to 7.54. My load steadily declined until it went to No Status and it asked me to run outside. This after putting in 25 miles in 4 days. There is another post showing that this is a known bug. I think you can find it if you search “performance”. I’m hoping 7.56 fixes this but it isn’t in the release notes.

I'm not using a beta.
Still on the public 7.10 release.

I am seeing the same thing. I thought it related to being almost exclusively on the indoor trainer and using my Edge 820, but have started running my Fenix concurrently to see if it fixes this. Also running v7.10.
