When I download my running activities on my phone, all of them are named "Doamna Running". I can edit them, one by one, in my phone, of course, but why are they named like that? All the other activities are downloaded with normal names, like "Swimming", "Treadmill" etc. What can I do, in order to have my running activities listed as "Running" by default?
I can't answer the What, but I can answer the Why: You probably had the GPS enabled when running. And you were probably running at a place called Doamna.
When you start an activity with GPS, the activity will be named with the name of a place near your GPS coordinates. But those names can sometimes be very strange. I often get activities named Centraltastning Cycling, and I very much doubt that there are any nearby place called Centraltastning - which translated means "central typing". So if you don't recognize the place name Doamna, you may have run into a mess of the same kind.
You might be right, Allan, I live and run few km near a place called "Batca Doamnei", but indeed, that's a strange choice. Thr4, I have to choose between "Location and type", "Location and activity name" and "Untitled". I guess that choosing one from the first two options will end in having "Doamna" again, so should I choose "Untitled" instead? How can I obtain just "Running" instead of "Doamna Running"?
